The experience of finding a car transporting service is a headache within itself! This carrier was curteous, quick, and to the point. Todd did not beat around the bush, never left me hanging, and worked very quickly to get my car here in 4 days! Head of the Pack Transport is a broker, I ended up going with Arthur Xpress Inc. carrier because that driver was able to pick up and deliver within my time frames. I was given the cell # to the driver Ilona, whom kept in contact with me and I knew exactly when the car was being picked up and when the car was dropped off. I put some items in the vehicle and everything made it to Ohio in one piece! I have a ragtop convertible that I shipped, the only minor issue was my car was on the bottom and someone else's car was on top and some oil leaked onto my ragtop. I was able to clean it off right away however with palmolive dish soap and water. So it really wasn't an issue, but next time I would go covered trailer or my car on top. At any rate, service was curteous by both Ilona and Todd and quick! My car went 2.000 + miles in 4 days! Not sure I could have driven it here that quickly. I would recommend them and reuse them again. It was a good experience once I finally found a company to proceed with! PS sometimes the cheapest price isn't the best option.......... :)
