When I first heard about this company and read the reviews, I was very excited. I thought I had found the best car company to move my car. The first issue arose when the receipt showed that Craig had put the wrong destination city to drop off my car. I notified him of the error, and he told me he would send me another receipt with the correct city. Even though he never sent me another receipt, I did not think too much of it. Craig told me the carrier would call me the weekend before my car was supposed to get picked up. They were supposed to pick it up on a Monday, but come Sunday I never received a call. I tried calling Craig Sunday afternoon wondering what was happening, but he never got back to me. Late Sunday night was when I had to cancel my plans because I had a strong feeling the carrier would not be arriving. I had to make alternative arrangements to move my car down to Georgia. Four days later I still have not heard anything from Craig.

Do NOT use this company. They will only leave you disappointed.

*UPDATE*

After receiving two harassing phone calls from Craig about this review, I figured I should update my review in order to keep the public informed. 16 days after Haul away was supposed to pick up my car, Craig gave me a call to harass me about my review on here and gave no apology. Five days later he called again to harass me. Not only was he extremely rude over the phone, but he even made the comment that he was just a broker and I was the one who had to get a truck driver to commit to picking up my car. What would be the point of using Haul Away if you need to contact different truck drivers yourself to see if they will pick up your car? Regardless, I reminded him that it was HIS job to find a truck driver who would pick up my car. He then went on to state that no truck driver would ever commit to pick up my car from a small town in Minnesota. Okay...if he knew that why would he have given me a quote, told me it would not be a problem, and also send me a receipt of what we agreed on?

Craig already informed me that he will be commenting back to this review, so I wanted to update this in case he tried to tell anymore lies. Don't call me again, Craig.
