Harvester Trucking owner and personnel were always cordial, SEEMED legitimate. When they were unable to move my vehicle after 3 weeks, they willingly offered to give me a refund. This offer was repeated a number of times, even by the owner Tim. I was even assured on October 26 that a REFUND check had been mailed to me 3 days earlier. Unfortunately, NOTHING arrived and my attempts to reach them by phone failed. They also totally ignored my email and fax. My only alternative was to contact my credit card company, which promptly initiated a chargeback.
