I give this company 10 stars on a scale of 5. I had never shipped a car before (although I have shipped very large items), and I was very worried about it's 2,200 mile journey. The car is very rare, and very dear to me. I have never been so impressed with a level of service. He was on time, kept me updated, stayed in contact, I could reach him whenever necessary, and he worked around my schedule as if it were no problem. When he picked up my car in CA he even noticed that one of the side mirrors was not tightly attached and took the time to carefully remove it so it would not fall off or damage my car in anyway. Upon delivery, he even checked to make sure that all of the lights and signals worked properly so that I could drive it (it is 50 years old). If I ever ship anything of this nature again, I refuse to even consider using any company other than Hall Towing LLC. I am still just in awe of the amazing job they did.
