I'm a struggling college grad who was just trying to get home without breaking the bank. Henry held my hand through the entire process. The low price was pretty awesome, but that's not why I'm writing a review. Here's my story: Henry told me that a deposit was due upon pick up, but in all my excitement to get home I caught a flight before pick up and totally forgot. I received a POLITE reminder phone call and I THOUGHT I paid online after the reminder. However, I stupidly never checked "submit". Instead of a barrage of angry phone calls and emails. I got only ONE reminder email and two phone calls(I missed one) and Henry genuinely wanted to know if I was OK then he asked about the money. He truly cares about his customers. I fixed my mistake and immediately called back to apologize and he did not make me feel guilty at all. Please use this service if you want to be treated politely and want someone who cares about you! THANKS HJM YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!
