HJM Shipping/ Henry Mezzetti defrauded me of $425. HJM quoted $1020 prior to my pruchase of the car in Texas for shipment to NY. After the purchase the price jumped to $1240. HJM was told that this was not acceptable and Henry Mezzetti sais he would "post it a at $1055". After no response for a week I booked shipment with Best Rate Shipping at $1020. A few days later I get a message from Henry Mezzetti stating that the car had been picked up and that the bill is $1325. I did not authorize HJM to pick up the car and I did not approve of the $1325 charge. When I complained I was told "we have the car, you pay or we put a lien on it and sell it in 30 days" This is blackmail/extortion. Wheels on Wheels, contracted by Best Rate shipping, showed up to get the car a couple of hours after HJM picked it up and claim damages of $1000. I also lost my deposit with Best Rate shipping. Best Rate Shipping is an honest company. HJM/ Henry Mezzetti are dishonest, incompetant and greedy.. HJM/Henry Mezzetti have refused my repeated requests for a partial refund, Henry Mezzetti's $175 commission as a start. I received 9 quotations for shipping the car, with 7 between $885 and $1050, so $1020 is clearly the going rate.

TO ALL MY CUSTOMER CHEAP DOES NOT MOVE CARS IN A SAFE AND EFFICIENT MANOR.
