October 2, 2012! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE!!! STILL NO DEPOSIT REFUND!
So many days has passed since my last conversation with CJ. All hope was still being held on to that this company would do what was right and correct this issue! HOWEVER, now I see another individual, ALSO MILITARY has had the SAME exact issue with CJ and this company.

I slightly believe NOW that CJ and/or this company has someting AGAINST OUR MILITARY! But the truth is, with customer service like this, and poor remarks like ours, (WHICH ARE THE TRUTH); this company will be out of business before long.

Like the other individual, sadly, I too have opened a fraudulant case against them, AND call the BBB.

I thought I was maybe the one in the million that caught a representative on a bad day...but the truth of the matter is.... Now there is someone else, and sadly, EVEN THE OWNER doesn't care enough about correcting this issue, as I am STILL sitting without my money!


September 26, 2012.............. STILL waiting!
I have spoken once again to CJ who continues to persist that there is no fault on their end. He insist he emailed me 7 times and the order was cancelled and to expect monies in 5-7 business days. I continue to insist I still have NOT received ONE email from their company nor have I received my refund, and that they took my deposit and processed it in 5 seconds.... I should not have to wait days to get it back. This representative although insisted he would like to know where the account went bad; is only concerned about getting this review off the site. Offered to move my vehicle at no profit to him. NOT! Wouldn't even dream of it, was my exact words to him. My experience with this company is definitely NOT 'THE CUSTOMER IS FIRST'!!!

This company has only been in business for 4-5 months and with customer service like this, won't be for long. Tomorrow - official complaint with bank/credit card company; Better Business Bureau and Attorney! sigh!

I have given this company ample time to cancel and refund my monies. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!


September 21, 2012.............PART II. AND IT GETS WORSE!
Miraculously shortly after posting my review on this company my phone rang whilst I was in a meeting and unable to retrieve. It again rang about fifteen minutes later to which I stepped out of my meeting, because I just knew this was Guardian trying to finally 'satisify a customer', right? NOT It was CJ! The original of the many representatives I have spoken to when calling this company. He proceeded to not even attempt to make the situation right. I'm so sorry, let me send you your cancellation notice RIGHT now, while I'm on the phone with you. Or I'm so sorry, is there anything I can do to reverse this horrible review... ! OF COURSE NOT.... he literally chewed me out for submitting the review. Explaining that he has bent over backwards by even going as far as speaking to my son (wow... really, sorry for your troubles). As I tried to explain all I wanted was communication. A copy of my agreement as requested three times, a copy of my cancellation notice and a copy of the credit memo - all of which was NEVER received, although they now blame on my email server! I explained I will NOT argue and hung up! This is SUCH WONDERFUL customer service! JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY, AND I'LL GO AWAY!!

September 21, 2012.............. BEWARE!!

I am still fighting with this company to get my refund back. After numerous calls to arrange pickup of the vehicle (and there is a long story here), I have still not received the email confirmation, the cancellation notification or the credit memo notification I've been promised. Every time I call, I have been given a different explanation of the issue. My last phone call, I was able to 'finally' speak with the owner, who again made unkept promises. I am holding on to the faith that this company will NOT force me to call the Better Business Bureau or an attorney to obtain my deposit back; however as of today; after many attempts to just get the truck picked up, and now to cancel the account, my calls and request are still going unanswered! PLEASE JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY.... so I don't have to pursue legal action. Thanks
