I tried to use this company to move a motorcycle from Montana to Illinois, I was informed 7 to 10 days to get the bike home. I was surprised when I got a call ahead of time for pick up on the bike, I was informed that a driver will be in the pick up town the next morning. I would get a call back later that day for a pick up time. I never got a call back. I called several times the following day to see what was going on. C.J. could not tell me any thing, I needed to speak with Dave who handles dispatch via his cell phone? I never heard back from the Dave either. I am still waiting to hear from this company for 5 days now.........don't think I will EVER get that call. I called another shipper on the same day this company never picked up my bike, 2 days later the new shipper picked up my bike, and now 2 days after that I have my bike at home!
Be carefull if you use this company. The only thing left to do with this company is battle for my deposit refund.
