The client was referred by a previous customer who purchased a vehicle. When the customer requested a military discount I stated I would confirm with a carrier but couldn't guarantee the discount. The customer received the quote and asked to place an order for his vehicle and has harassed me on a daily basis regarding an update. If the client wasn't happy with my service he didn't contact me with any complaints. I've reached out to the customer by phone and email regarding a request from a carrier and no response. The order was dispatched to the carrier and picked up on the same day. I can't cancel a contract after the vehicle has been picked up by the carrier on the same day. The client is confusing our company with another broker, as I didn't provide him with any screen shots. This client has threatened our company because he doesn't understand the arrangement with a broker. I've asked the client to review the contract as the terms and conditions provide a full understanding of the process to arrange with a carrier. The client has also threatened our carrier and stated he will falsely state damage to the vehicle.
