This was the first time ever I ship a vehicle.
I talked to many brokers, but Nikki stood out from from the beginning. She fully explained how the process works. I felt she was honest and sincere.

She gave me a competitive quote and kept me informed on the progress as the pick time drew near.

Next time, I will only call her to ship my next vehicle.

Nikki does not know I am submitting this review, and I usually do not submit reviews because I expect good service. Afterall, that's what I am paying for. But this was more than just good service.
