Brandon, at Great American was great. He continually called me to keep me updated on the picking up of my Cadillac. Driver showed up on time and was courteous and professional. Driver's boss (Jackie) also called me throughout the week letting me know the expected ETA of the driver reaching Florida. Overall, very pleased with the whole process....would definitely use them again, and recommend them highly. Thank you, Brandon and Jackie.
