The whole service was excellent from beginning to end. I was very afraid since I had never transported a car before and I had heard and read many negative things about it. However, I had not a problem with any of the process. Governor's promptness in finding transportation exceeded my expectations and the driver who took the car was very polite, helpful and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Thanks!
