GKE is amazing. I would use them in a heartbeat if I were to need to ship my car again. I went through a broker for my shipment and ended up originally with a different carrier. I read the reviews and they were horrible. So I asked to get another and was given GKE. I am so happy I did! Even before I knew from my broker they were my carrier, a man from GKE called me to give me my driver's information and made me feel so comfortable and confident that everything was going to go well. Al picked my car up on time, called me to inform me of when and where to meet, gave me updates on his progress along the way. I changed where I wanted my car to be delivered and he was just fine with that. Also, I took a taxi from the airport to his truck for delivery and he offered to pay the cab fare. He even loaded my luggage in the car for me. It is so rare to experience this type of customer service any more. Thank you GKE for everything!
