I was very worried when I first started my search in finding a trucker. I read many horrible reviews and started speaking to many agents to get a feel.

I then realized that 99% of them are brokers who will search for a trucker. I wasn't comfortable reading 5 STAR rating for a broker, when your car would anyway be picked up by "some" trucker. But I had to digest the fact that everyone is a broker.

Finally my search ended when I found the GoldenKeyExpress, who were NOT a broker. I was very happy and got a quote from them. I then spoke to Misty and got a quote.

I asked for a price reduction (which you would generally do when you shop around), I was little upset when I was told on the face that "You dont dictate the price but we give the quote" (But thats fine, my car was delivered as it is, so I would still give 5 stars). Misty then explained me the quoted price by giving a complete breakup which was actually realistic.

So I went ahead and booked for the same price as they gave me an enclosed truck for the open truck price!!!!

On the day of pickup, the driver John Williams called me and was very professional and was on time. The truck was clean like new and John was in a GKE Uniform!! and was very friendly.

Through out the delivery, I sent text and called him couple of times and sent tracking request to Misty and John and I got a very professional response from everyone and I was delivered my car WITHOUT a single scratch on it from the same person and on same truck.
