This was my first time using an auto transport. I researched this review site, the BBB, and google reviews and was horrid by some of the things I read. Needless to say, I was very apprehensive and scared. Teddy pretty much, took charge and told me I was in good hands. He took the time to explain and listen to ALL my concerns on delivery times, assigning a carrier, etc. There were a few bumps in the road which was quickly and efficiently handled such as inputting my incorrect billing address, pick up and drop off addresses, but as long you have themconfirm this in writing and verbally, there was no problem. The tranporter came on the pick up date and delievered it 6 days later from NY to TX. There was no damage to my car. I drove my car and there were no problems, no additional mileage to be concern about, etc. There was a metal scratching sound and found out one of the screws loosen from the mudflap on the rear tire, which was quickly tighten back, with no issues. I would defintely say, I would call GOLDEN AUTO TRANSPORT again! What a GREAT first experience!
