it's a very pleasant experience to have Ellen arranging my vehicle transportation. Price is alway the first concern. Gold star offers a very competitive price and also a very prompt response. I can expect Ellen replies my email within 1-2 hours or even shorter time. All my questions/ concerns are clearly solved by Ellen. the truck driver even picked up my car one day before the schedule day. it takes about 1 week to ship my car from San diego to Seattle. the driver is nice and polite. My car doesn't have any extra sketches and it is not even dusted. I'll totally recommend this company and Ellen to everyone who is considering a state-to-state vehicle transportation service.
