Gold Star Transport Company was extremely helpful in arranging the transport of our vehicle. Their explanation of the process was clear and they went above and beyond expectations in arranging the vehicle pick-up. We were unsure of the date we needed the car picked up and they worked with us in being flexible. Further, they went above and beyond expectations in picking the car up themselves when we were unable to meet the driver due to scheduling changes beyond control. Gold Star Transport's pricing was the best we obtained. Once the car was picked up, which was able to be arranged in a matter of days, the car was delivered from North Carolina to New York in 5 days. Although they were unsure of the ability of the local roads in our neighborhood to accommodate their large vehicle, they managed to drive the car to our door. LaDonna was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Gold Star Transport for the transportation of your vehicle.
