Ellen was outstanding with her delivery of service. I did have a problem understanding the driver and communicating with the dispatcher. Improvement could be made on the dispatching process. I called on one day and they told me that truck would be delivered the next day but it was late and the truck was not delivered on the day as they stated. I called the following day and they told me driver was in town and would deliver the truck sometime before noon.
All in all truck was in good condition except that a vehicle above my on the carrier was leaking brake fluid and oil and my vehicle was covered with the fluids. It was hard to inspect my vehicle due to the conditions.
However, I would use this service again.
