For all my hard work and being available to you day and night to help you get your inoperable jeep moved only to have you slander me is really shameful. But you said you were going to post a nasty review, so you did.
What you failed to do was mention that you signed a contract and agreed to the dispatch fee up front and that you called me incessantly and texted me also because I do make myself available as part of my customer service. I'm sorry you didn't get moved in the time frame that you wanted and you decided to make the trip to trailer it back.
I worked day and night to get you loaded but no one wanted to take this route with a jeep that was non running.
I also gave you a refund of $50 per your contract- so call please don't me names for making a living and paying the fees to post your load to assist you.
You can't just hire a company and sign a contract and then change things to suit you with no regard for anyone working for you. I am a wonderful hard working company that has years in business making customers happy and helping them achieve their transport needs on a wide and varied schedule often working way past normal business hours and on weekends to make it happen.
I'm sorry it didn't work out for you but as always I wish you the best.
