We had a bit of difficulty with the paperwork that had to be submitted to dispatch. Ellen worked with us on that and everything turned out well. They came in very close to the quote we were given. The person who picked up our car was extremely courteous and VERY careful with our vehicle. It was the last vehicle on and the first off, getting from the Pittsburgh area to Colorado Springs in 2 days. We are quite satisfied with the manner in which the entire transaction occurred.
