This is the absolute WORST company. Stay away from them!!! They were to pick up a car in CA and ship to FL. This would cost $1095. Were told would be a few days by the rep. They kept telling us they were trying to get a driver. Because the car was at a mechanic shop (undriveable) they put a lien on the car because almost a MONTH went by and still no pickup. The bank came and picked up the car because the lien was placed on the car and so we incurred another $1400 in fees. Miraculously a driver was found the day after we cancelled the shipment because of the fees incurred. We contacted them for almost 2 weeks by phone and emails and they finally sent us a form by email (too chicken to talk to you on the phone) and told us to fill out the form to cancel the order. We would still have to pay $125 fee for PAPERWORK!!! Filled out the paperwork and sent it in. NOW they are telling us per our contract that it wasn't cancelled within 30 days so therefore we are not entitled to our $1095 back. Contract or no contract they deliberately waited on sending us the paperwork so we wouldn't get our money back. They are scammers and consumers beware!!!! Stay far far away from them. They provided no service to us. AS A MATTER OF FACT BECAUSE THEY TOOK SO LONG GETTING A DRIVER THEY COST US AN ADDITIONAL $1400 and now they're keeping the $1095 as well.
They justify all of this based upon the fine print in the contract so HIRE AN ATTORNEY before you sign with these people and I would say to stay far far away.
