Here's my take on this company. I requested a quote online to have a vehicle shipped from ID to TX, and Don West contacted my and quoted my $550.00. He stated that he does require a $150 deposit before he can dispatch a carrier. I got a bunch of other quotes that ranged from $750 to $950, but choose this company. This was on 9/5 when I requested the quote and stated to Don that the vehicle was ready for pickup anytime. I stated Ok, and I agreed that I would like to have the vehicle pickup by 9/15. All Don West was concerened about was getting my Credit Card #, and rushing me off the phone. I gave him the info. I called on 9/15 to see if they found a carrier to pickup my vehicle, and the lady in dispatch stated that they truck they dispatched broke down. So she said to call back in a few days. So I called back on 9/20. I spoke to another lady in dispatch, and she stated they were in the process of looking for another driver and told me to call back in a few days. On 9/23 a lady called from dispatch and stated they found a driver, but that driver wanted another $400 to pick up my vehicle. I stated to her that I wasn't going to pay another $400 to have the vehicle picked up. She stated to that she would just cancel the order and refund my $150 back to my CC on 9/23. She states that the refund process back to the CC takes 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued. As of 10/6 no refund has been issued back to my CC. This is a company I would highly avoid. I would suggest to anyone reading this review to do their research on the company before taking the plunge and giving them your CC # for a deposit. I don't see this company being around in another 6 Mo's due to their shady business tactics. AVOID BY ALL MEANS!
