Worst company and a Scam

I thought everything would be great in the beginning with Shanta, that was my fault to think she cared. After paying the deposit of $400 to ship two cars the company charged by credit card again $775. This charge was not suppose to happen as I wasnt suppose to pay until my car was delivered. I have tried for more than a month to get my refund of $775 before my car would ship. She would not return my emails, phone calls, and her voice mail was always full that you can't leave a message. Her excuses the few times we could get ahold of her was she was on a phone call with Germany or it was her fault and she would take care of it. Nothing ever happened and our car hasn't shipped. We tried to contact to get the name of the company who would actually ship our car and she finally said she was waiting for it (another excuse) and now we can't get ahold of her again after more than 50 phone calls and emails. Now her number doesn't work at all and I will have to fight with my bank to get the money bank. They are a total scam.

Tessa, Please, I charged your credit card the $775. I told you once the vehicle has been dispatched you would be charged. You stated that you did not want to pay the interest on your credit card to charge it when the carrier picks it up. I told you that not how it works. Please, do not say I wouldn't return your phone calls, because I did. You called back to back to back. I have other customer that I have to deal with. No offense majority of every time I deal with the military it's and issue. You can always want something for the lowest rate and it not that kind of industry. It's funny that the only bad reviews I have are from you and your military buddies. You changed your date and then called me saying hey I thought it was going to be shipped on this date.
