This company is as deceitful and delinquent as it is incompetent. I am writing this review so other customers won't have to use them and have the same miserable experience: "Buyer Beware".
The drivers were late, and also clumsy with my car from the beginning. They acted very suspicious and I already had my doubts about using them but, because they were already late, I had no time with my move & flight to look for another truck.
When my car arrived, there was a long scratch on the convertible top. The driver tried to make some excuse (they were deceitful from they start). It's 2-months later now and I am still trying to get it repaired: they don't answer calls, not even from the broker, or their insurance company that has already sent their appraisal specialist. I don't know if their insurance company will eventually cancel their policy but be advised:
DON'T USE GLOBAL!
