I requested a quote for enclosed transport form Bowling Green KY, to Covina CA. Their quote was not the cheapest, and was not the highest. I spoke with “David” (NOTE: They also operate under the name ALL AMERICAN TRANSPORT). I told him that I needed the car not later that Dec. 29th. The order was placed on Dec. 17th. On Saturday morning Dec. 22nd Abraham called me and said they were picking up the car today (Dec 22) on Wednesday Dec.26 I called and spoke to David to get an update as to when my car would arrive. David tells me that the car was not picked up.
This company is VERY fast to take your order, deposit information, and VERY bad about following up and returning calls. They will tell you what you want to hear while you are on the phone with them, but us as consumers need to remember the golden business rule: “GET IT IN WRITING”!!
I wish I would have done better research on the company, and now I am learning that they operate under at least two names: ALL AMERICAN TRANSPORT and GAINT AUTO TRANSPORT. The telephone number is the same for either company.
