they have never answered my phone calls or emails about an order that they did wrong on the invoice, the had the dates and pick up adress wrong, they picked up early then they did not have the pick up scheduled and out of the blue someone came to get my vehicle, do yourself a favor and dont book through a broker, they had no problem charging my credit card, but when i asked for my invoice to be corrected so i can use the transportation cost for the IRS at tax time and i have never heard anything.....DO NOT USE go directly to a transporter do not use a BROKER..if anyone has a question please email me i learned the hard way..also no door to door service which i paid fo...after they charge your credit card they wash there hands from you and you have to deal with the driver........lessoned learned for me and it was a serious waste of money..there are many good companies out there but this is not one of them...
