They are actively doing price breaching and scamming people. I have accepted and paid for their quote to get my car delivered within a period of time, but they ended up not sending a driver unless I agree to pay 20% more. They did not honor the contract and tried to get the cancellation fee from you. They ruined my schedule and costed me a lot of time and money. Many people have faced the similar situation, and I think we should file a class lawsuit for their shady business.
