Dealt with Dianne and booked an auto transport for 650.00. On the day of pickup I was called and told the cost was 1100.00. I stated I had a signed contract and was told that it was an estimate even though it was a signed agreement. I refused and then requested to cancel contract pursuant to 5 day clause and was told I would incur a 150.00 penalty. Long story short a horrible transport broker but unfortunately typical in the broker industry
