I had never transported a car before, and I needed to transport my daughters car from SF to Syracuse, NY. I was a bit nervous about how to do it, and who to go with... luckily, I connected with Diana at GetCarrier. Diana offered my the best price, and was in constant communication with me...answering all my questions immediately...asking me how the pick up went?... how did you like my driver?...how was the drop off?...I've been in customer service for 30 years, and I would hire her on my team in a heartbeat! Her driver, Kiryl, was also fantastic. Getting the car there in three days...how is that even possible?? He was getting into NY at night and I asked him to make sure that it was safe for my daughter and he personally texted me to confirm she is 'safely in her car'....oh, and the car was in perfect condition! If there were six stars to give this company and team, I would do it!
