Understand this is a broker, all of them are, and are undercutting each other to get you to sign a contract. Then it's a waiting game for a driver to pick up the job. The drivers are independent of the brokers. I think if I had it to do again, I'd go with a little higher priced broker and -maybe- my car would have been picked up sooner. No guarantee of that. I ended up paying the same higher price as was received as the first quote from a larger, more well known transport company. My agent with GetACarrier was polite, fairly quick to respond, and had good communication skills. Once in the drivers hands, everything went quickly and smoothly. No complaints, no major praise. As the title said, they got it done, just had to be patient.
