I am submitting this review because hiring a car transporter can be very confusing and I depended on the information on this site to help me make my decision to use GetItDone. While I hope I never have to do this again, I would definitely contact them again if I do. Their price was just under most I rec'd, they asked for less deposit at the time of pickup, they got a transporter within a few days (I had read stories of long delays in picking up cars, but they actually "got it done" early), the communication was good: they worked with the fact that I was leaving town before the car did and talked directly with the people who had the car, they arranged pick up, came on time (day and hour) and all went smooth ... I felt 5 days was quite reasonable (it took me 4 to drive from CA to TX, and I didn't have to stop and pick up anything) ... the couple who transported the car kept in touch with us, arrived on time and even changed the delivery destination at the last minute as it worked better for the huge truck not to enter my neighborhood ... all in all it went without a glitch and my car is in my driveway in the same condition in which I left it (a little dirtier that's all!

This is an accurate description of my experience. I hope it helps others.
