I spoke to Dave on the phone after talking to many transport agencies and what immediately struck me was his candor. He was upfront about all the costs, explained the system, and hid no fees from me. He gave me a good picture of what to expect when transporting my Hyundai Accent.

When we reached the driver he initially haggled a bit about the amount of stuff that he'd allow me to pack in the car and Dave was supported me throughout it all.

He is almost always available by phone and will return calls promptly, even on weekends.

My advice is to ask lots of questions to BOTH broker and driver (since the driver will sometimes say something different) and make sure you communicate clearly with both.

Overall great experience, though a bit pricey since I wanted to be safe with something as valuable as my car.
