I have to start this review with I am an elder woman that goes back and forth from IL to AZ for the seasons. I live in AZ with my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren for the winter and go back to IL for the summer. I have been doing this for years since my husband passed.That is going on 7 years, so needless to say I have transported over 10 times.
This by far was the best experience I have ever. I understood the way it worked doing it for so many years but no one prior has been so dedicated to there work and going out of their way to make it making it as less nerve racking! David called me every time there was an update. I did not have to call him at all. Which if you shipped car before you know is unheard of! Usually, once these agents get your deposit they call you once to say they have a truck and give you his number! NOT DAVID! This guy was unbelievable! He did not even charge my deposit until the car was loaded. Some people that havent shipped a car before may be thinking I am over exaggerating, but others that have transported before know what I am talking about when I say customer service is known not to be so great in this line of work. If you want an experience that will be no issues and updates go with this guy David. He is absolutely amazing. Get it Done Transportation is 1000% the way to go, dont be silly. David thank you so much, I will speak to you in October.
