Toby, truly am sorry that we couldnt accomodate the 2nd date you requested. Like you stated in your review you gave us 2 dates. I did have a driver assigned to the first date and scheduled on time. When you called me to change the date I didnt think it would be an issue and accepted the job for the new date. Unfortunately I couldnt get a driver assigned to your order on the second date. I am sorry it didnt work out nothing more I want to make sure each customer is 100% satisfied and we did not do that with your order. I will look at all things considered and try and always get better. We do have 100's of positive reviews all over the net which proves this is not common and our success rate for happy clients is extremely high. to any potential client we also have 1000's of references upon request from any state to share their experience with you.
