Hi Robyn, first i want to apologize for the car arriving dirty, you decided to go with an open trailer and the car traveled close to 2200 miles we cant help that a car will collect dust and bugs due to the far travel. As for your statement about the car being picked up late (per our emails, that I can provide to any potential client reading this) You told me your brother is going out of town and if we cant pick up before Thursday no biggy we can schedule for when he returns, and that's what we did. The car was delivered on time, without damage as promised at the exact cost you were quoted not a penny more. again I am sorry it was filthy on the outside as a courtesy- i will send you a check for the detail. The difference between your brothers move and yours- is his car was hauled 270 miles and yours was transported 2200 miles. Thank you for giving us the chance to work for you, and to any potencial clients please keep in mind in two years we transported close to 18000,00 cars with OVER 1500 positive reviews on the net, and ONLY 27 negative.
