1st responded 9/19 - The owner (me) is looking into this. This is the first we heard of this. We will contact Peter first thing to find out and I am 100% confident this will get resolved. Look through the reviews this is the 1st review in 4 years of damage, and we move OVER 9,000 cars a year. - UPDATE 9/21 - I contacted Peter walked him through the steps to make a claim through the carriers insurance. Every carrier we use must have premium insurance with no deductible, Peter is in the process of making a claim and getting any damage caused by the carrier fixed. As the broker I will be with all our clients every step of the way EVEN if there is a problem. I will be reporting this carrier to other brokers so they are warned about the way he handled Peter's situation. I do apologize and I am happy to help you get this resolved. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
