I was looking to transport my 2009 Toyota Camry from TX to WA because I figured driving 3 days would be damn hectic as I had to join a new job on monday. I called up a number of companies and all gave me quotes ranging from $870 to $1350. I spoke to Kris and was given a quote of $940 by him. The least quote given was $870.

I started getting lots of calls from all the agents / transporters and most of them were just trying to malign other agents and transporters and trying to convince me as to how this industry is full of crooks and how agents just quote and then will not pick my car up on time etc etc. Some even called up saying that they can view our listing on the central dispatch board and the agents I booked with called them up (probably visible on the central dispatch board) as they have their own trucks and getting my car to WA would not be possible in the rates quotes by these agents. Further saying that paying more $400 more to them would be able to allow them to send the truck right away. All this meanwhile I had my share of calls with Ken who gave me confidence that he is going to make the transport happen on the time promised and at the rates promised. To be true, i was keeping my fingers crossed. I had prepared myself for any eventuality concerning delays or rate changes that might happen.

Just as I booked with Kris, he promised me that he would send the truck the same day to pick up the car. Also, he shared his mob no with me for contact anytime. The driver came to pick up the car on wednesday evening and informed me that he should be in WA by Sun. I had to join my job on Mon. Not only did the driver reach on sunday late afternoon, the car was also received in perfect condition. Everything happened as Kris had promised me. There was not any occasion when Kris did not pick my call up. He was very forthcoming, comforting, honest and did not overpromise anything. The truck driver that he used was also courteous, picked up my calls on sat and sun confirming the drop off and took good care of the car.

I would recommend Kris from Get it done transport to anyone who is trying to move their car across America. Hell I would use him again the next time I am moving out of WA.
