I had a car transported to NJ from FL and it was essential that a close time frame be observed as I was only in FL for less than 24 hours.

This company communicated with me in a timely manner and were able to accomadate me and my tight schedule.

The driver was friendly and courteous and I was put at ease with the situation. This was the first time I needed to have a vehicle transported and was anxious.

Despite the fact that I was organizing this at the last minute and it was holiday week between Christmas and New Years, they made every effort to get the job done and I was relieved to be able to get the matter settled.

I had made inquiry to other companies and they were polite, but could not accomadate my plans.

The driver also jumped my battery which I learned was dead upon his arrival.

This was not the least expensive company, but because I had a favorable experience I would be inclined to use them again and/or recommend them to friends in similar circumstances.

In short, I had nothing to go on when picking a transport company and I was pleased that I randomly chose them and felt secure with them looking after my property. A plus was when the car arrived at my home at 10am (ahead of schedule) and I had the rest of the day to do what I wanted.

The biggest positive for this company is the communication between them and the client. They were easy to get a hold of and were timely in returning calls back or leaving messages. There is nothing worse than trying to get some information and there is either no answer or no returned calls.

If you want peace of mind, I recommend this company.
