I went with Get-it-Done because of the owner Dave's honesty and reputation. I was purchasing a truck in Texas to be shipped to Illinois. Dave did not want to do the deposit until I had finalized the purchase of the truck. However, he had a truck that was going to be in the neighborhood already about the time I would have my purchase finalized. So I agreed to go ahead and pay Dave his portion of the bill. When the deal fell through, I called Dave to inform him that I would no longer be needing a transport and would like my money back since I had never finalized the deal to begin with. Dave explained that refunds are very rare once a transport has been booked, buy gave me the refund anyway, without hesitation. If/when I do need a transport again in the future, I will be calling Dave and Dave ONLY. He was excellent to work with and very prompt with everything throughout the process. Had the purchase gone through, I would have received my new truck within a week of purchase date, and I have no doubt in my mind I would have gotten my truck on time if not earlier.

Steve, To read your review speaks volume. Thank you for the potential opportunity to GET IT DONE. We are one of the few companies that will give a refund (understanding money is not easy to come by) even after the driver is assigned as long as you cancel before 24 hours of pick up.
