Delivery was promised for 3 days maximum and the car was delivered in 6 days, not unreasonable, but everyone along the way lied or was misinformed. When the car was delivered the driver asked me to drive to Oregon to pick it up! He did not want to deliver to my door saying his truck was too big for the neighborhood. He finally made it just fine and delivered in Washington which is what I paid for. The price was right and David did keep me informed after I told him this is important to me. The entire experience was one big hustle and I don't see that the brokers add much value other than making sure the drivers are bonded.

EVERYONE you speak to is a broker, the benefit of dealing with my brokerage then dealing with carrier direct is I have access to a data base locating over 17k trucks, so your car will be picked up with 48hrs GUARANTEED also I will get you a better rate being I transport nearly 700 cars a month so they will give me a cheaper rate, also I do a intense background check ( ratings, references, insurance, bond, license and maintenance records on the truck ) I did keep you informed and your car was delivered in a timely manner, damage free as promised.
