The process is somewhat frustrating for a planner like myself. I didn't hear anything till the day my car was available, but it was assigned to a company right away. The car got to me without any issues, so I would definitely recommend using get it done transport given all the horror stories I have heard.

Yes, Andy this is a tough industry and a lot of times a driver may not commit to pick up until the day before you need him too, but being that we rate right at market value, you will always get picked upo within the 3-4 day window as promised.
