The only issue I had with the company was that when I was first asking questions, I wouldn't get answers back sometimes until a week later. I tried to keep my communication through email at first, but when it started getting closer to the date I needed to ship my car and I wasn't hearing anything, I called the company. As soon as I got on the phone with them, everything was taken care of and my car was scheduled to be picked up only a few days later. The car arrived in good condition and the price was less then a lot of the other quotes I was given. Overall it was a good experience, but I recommend calling them right off the bat or else the whole process might get frustrating.

Erin. Thank you for writing a review based on your great experience with GET IT DONE. Yes, when you were inquiring about booking with us for some reason your emails were going into the bulk mail, as you see we are on top of it, once we connected everything was smooth sailing and communication was 1000%.
