The customer service was excellent and performance was exactly as promised. David Pein was available to both keep me informed and also calm me down if I was getting concerned when there was nothing to be concerned about related to the pick up of our cars. In research I had learned of all the problems that could occur and from beginning to end was guanenteed on the price, times of pickup and delivery and that Get it Done Transportation would be there to resolve any problems that would happen. They delivered on every promose and guarntee. I was told who the carrier was and then informed of the driver. Any time I had a question it was answered quickly and professionally. No question that I would use them again when and if I ever needed to transport a car and I would refer people to them also.
