Dave and the driver were accessible throughout the process. Everyone was curteous and professional. There was a large snow/sleet storm which delayed pick-up by just one day (very impressive), but I was kept informed of the progress of the driver throughout and delivery was made as promised. I won't hesitate to call them again.
