Use Get It Done Transport if you do not care when your car is picked up, delivered, or want any information about your transport. This was a terrible experience that anybody could have asked for. When Dave answers the phone, he talks good, but never holds his promises of getting car picked up. His saying is as soon as today but no later than 3 days. In my case I approved picked up on Monday Dec 19 and he promised before Dec 21, pick up occurred on Dec 28. Delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days after pick up, delivery occurred 7 days after pick up. I fully understand holiday occurred during this time, but Dave promised that I would get it before Christmas as drivers wanted to get back to Texas. When a driver was finally assigned for pick-up, it was going to be between 1-4 pm. Driver showed up at 7:30 pm, no phone call until I tracked down Dave and driver finally around 5:30. No phone call on delivery until 15 minutes before he arrived, thankfully somebody was home to receive it on January 4. Very Positive: Dave did stand by his initial price and never asked for any more money and he had to reduce his commission to get my vehicle transported.

Hey Marc, Unfortunately in this rare case, as shows in our 250 plus positive reviews, we strive on customer service and guaranteeing our price. Marc is right, unfortunately things got really tough over the holiday week with Christmas and New Year being a week apart, most of the fleet was parked and spending time with there family. I was in communication with Marc throughout the process explaining this but I am not good at stringing my customers along, I had no answer but there was no carrier. I did offer a partial refund for the inconvenience Marc endured during the delay of no more then a week, Marc declined and felt expressing his opinion on this site would bring more peace then receiving a partial refund, which as the owner I cant help but respect. Thank you Marc we will learn and grow from your feedback and strive to continue to raise the bar. Again our 250 plus reviews shows this is a rare occasion and I did try to make right of it. I hope this shows a positive that we are human all of our reviews are legit, uncompensated for and done out of the kindness of our clients heart. My deepest apologizes again
