This is a note from seller after I complained that the vehicle had no brakes when it arrived.


Tim, several issues on my end. First, the shipper parked in front of my house at 1 a.m. with diesel engine wakeing up my house and 2 others. He insisted on loading the car on the street when there is a large lot next to my house out of the way. Once on the trailer " with no brake trouble" he began jacking around with the fender skirts saying he wanted them off to tie the car down. I said no and he started cussing me out. I went back inside. At 2 a.m. he was still infront of the house messing with the car inside and out. I walked out at 2:10 and he began cussing at me again. I came back in the house and called the Logan County Sheriffs office..(this call is on record). They sent a unit to the house and when the driver seen them comming up the street he got in his truck and left. I have no idea what he was doing to the car under the hood, under the body, and inside. I have driven the Thunderbird over 200 miles and was present when it was pulled onto the trailer. The brakes never acted up for me in 200 miles of driving and loaded fine on the steep slope of the trailer. If I was you, I would send any and all repair bills to the shipper.

if what he is saying was true why did he let the driver pick up his car? why he signed the bill of lading that he accepted the car in good condition and why did he pay the driver anyways?.by the way we gave him a good price and a quick service that no other company could do. he never ever called us to say such accusation ,our driver do not cuss our customers because if they do they will be fired immediately.he was talking about damaging his car before it was picked up how come?.it is not fair from Mr smith to write such a review since we picked up his car and delivered nice and and sound. we still have all the paper work that he signed.
