It was a pleasure to interact with Fred. All good, except that the car was delivered four days later than the expected delivery date and I wasn't prepared for how the delivery process was carried out (see a related review on Mobile Transport). But it is hard to lay it on Fred. If only the whole industry can eliminate the layer of brokers and allow public access to the bulletin board directly, then the driving company will be more motivated to deliver better performance, I think. (I am sure there is little chance that will happen, even if it did, Dear Fred would no doubt excel in other endeavors.)
