I was very happy with G & L. First of all, you get a real live person on the phone and they are always nice and willing to accomodate you. I really wanted my car picked up on a specific day, and they made sure it happened. The best part was that my car arrived 2 days earlier than I thought! Only 5 days from Illinois to California, and he was willing to meet me at the rental car return place too. I would definitely use G & L again. I highly recommend them.
