After I posted my previous review on this site, I was contacted by Fred with an offer to help, but only if I requested that the review be removed, as he was concerned about his image.

I told him that I would request the review be removed AFTER I received his assistance, and he began offering excuses for the carrier to attempt to explain away the problem.

I've referred this to the Better Business Bureau for mediation prior to filing a lawsuit against the carrier and have received no help whatsoever from Fred or G&L Enterprise.

I should have driven my car. Would have been safer and less of a hassle.
