They had my vehicle picked up very quickly and it was also delivered quickly. The only complaint that I have is that I had a bmw convertible shipped from CA to GA. Convertibles are supposed to be top loaded but instead it was on the bottom. This was after I even requested it to be top loaded. So the car came back super dirty. After a $150 detail it all came out. The driver told me that he was not instructed to have it top loaded and that he was only told it was a bmw. when he got there to pick up my car the top was already loaded so he put mine on bottom. Luckily my top was not damaged. At first I thought it was GL enterprises fault for not notifying the carrier, but Fred showed me a fax where he notified them that it was a convertible and that I wanted it top loaded. The only thing that I could have done differently would be to call the auto transport personally and ask them directly if it was top loaded. I also think that Gl enterprises should have checked up on it as well since it was a request. Neverless, the blame falls to the auto carrier and not Gl enterprises. so I am happy with their service and their fees are very reasonable.
